Privacy
How your details are used.
Plain version, so you know before you fill anything in.
Note before publishing: this is a working draft written to be honest and readable. Have it checked against GDPR and the ePrivacy Regulations for the markets you operate in before the site goes live, and fill in the bracketed details.
Who is behind this site
Doyle Made, [AGENCY_LEGAL_ENTITY], [AGENCY_ADDRESS]. Contact: sam@doylemade.studio.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, your website or social links, and what you write in the message or application fields. Nothing is bought from a data broker and nothing is scraped from you.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or an assessment, and keep a record of our correspondence. If we work together, the same details are used to run the project and invoice you.
Where it goes
Form submissions are handled by [FORM_PROVIDER] and land in email at sam@doylemade.studio. Enquiries may be recorded in [CRM_NAME] so nothing gets lost. No details are sold or passed to anyone else for marketing.
Marketing
You will not be added to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. If a newsletter is added later, it will be opt in, and every message will carry a working unsubscribe link.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after [12 months]. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Analytics and cookies
[Describe what you actually use. If you use a privacy friendly analytics tool with no cookies, say that. If you add Meta or Google tracking, you need a consent banner before those scripts load.]
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email sam@doylemade.studio and it will be done. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
